Application Privacy Notice
This notice explains how eDust ("we", in this notice), publisher of the Infinity Morpion Solitaire Application, collects, stores, uses, or otherwise processes the personal data of end users of our Services as described below ("you", in this notice). It also describes the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when we process your personal data.
The data controller is eDust, publisher of the Infinity Morpion Solitaire Application. For any question related to this notice, or to exercise any of the rights described in section 6, you can contact us by email at support@edust.net or skipic@edust.net.
The Application itself does not collect any personal data while you play offline. Personal data is only processed when you voluntarily choose to submit your high score to the global internet leaderboards upon completing a game. In that case, the following data is transmitted securely via HTTPS to our server:

High scores, nicknames, and game board validation data are stored securely on eDust's secure database infrastructure. We keep this ranking data for as long as the online leaderboard services are maintained, or until you request its deletion.
The Application does not share your personal data with any third party for advertising, analytics, or commercial purposes. The data is processed solely by eDust to run the high-scores service.
If we hold personal data about you (such as your nickname and high scores), you have the following rights under the GDPR:
To exercise any of these rights, please email us at support@edust.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data (such as a nickname on the global boards), please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this notice from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Application or on our website.
